Bowel and feces evacuation problems

Everyone, I got off Saxenda three months ago and have problems fully emptying my colon. I've had to take Miralax, aloe vera, and a motility stimulator, but the problem seems to stem from the lower part of the colon itself, where the muscles are not firing and relaxing properly. Has this ever happened to anyone, and did it go back to normal? I have an emptying study coming up to find out what's up, but I am praying this won't be permanent.

Found New Dojo

I posted on here a week ago that I was at a dojo and there were problems with the sensei. That was a Shotokan dojo. I found another dojo that seems to be a better environment for students. It is Ryuei Ryu style and I noticed that some of the kata are very familiar and some are foreign to me. The stances also differ. Does anyone have advice for me and background about this style? Will my Shotokan translate well to the facets of this style, and is it effective for self-defense? Thank you in advance.

Sensei said something

Okay, I need advice. I went to a dojo for a while, got injured, and the only goal I had was to get back into the dojo. Four years later, I came back because I felt I was healed enough. The sensei said I could trial for three months and pay month to month, but then I'd sign a yearly contract, and he said I could withdraw at any time as long as I gave him 30 days' notice. My sensei then ended up in the hospital with a sepsis-causing bacteria, and he now has black belts of uneven consistency of training teaching the classes, and he is insisting that students keep going to class. I texted the sensei to see how he is, and he asked if I was still going to classes, and I said yes. The day after, he said I have to sign the agreement, but then he told me that I can't get out of the contract unless I have a doctor's note or move more than 45 miles away. I sent him the text where he told me I could leave with a 30-day notice; he said that his revised agreement with the doctors and miles away conditions would stay. What would you do?

Fat and restarting karate

Four years ago, I got injured and needed surgery, and the recovery took a year and a half. I could do very little physical activity and ended up gaining 60 pounds. I'm at 280 and 5 feet 8 inches and am now back in karate. I'm taking GLP-1s and exercising to lose weight. Any advice for karate with the injury being a shoulder and bicep full tear and repair?

Considering Reta

I was curious as to how people who have had constipation on other GLPs fared with Reta. Was it worse or tolerable? When it is FDA approved, I plan to take it, but I didn't tolerate Zepbound well.
