Another Homebrew Enemy

Hello everyone! Just made another homebrew enemy and would love to have your feedback on him! It's made with the idea of fighting against 5 level 7 players. He will be alone, but i might add a couple minions if needed.

Lore: Gabriel was a normal human born with a weak constitution, which he hated ever since he has memory. He spent all his life testing different methods of improving himself, both in the conventional ways and the forbidden ones.

He managed to achieve one of his goals: Overcome death by coming back to life as an undead. But this new body had a fatal flaw: it kept decaying and losing parts. Desperate, Gabriel decided to ditch the weakness of the flesh and craft an armor that could hold him and keep him alive forever.
