Hey, so my account is https://www.chess.com/member/alexpie and I've had this account for over 10 years. I've always floated around the 950-1000 range and recently started playing chess a lot more often and watching tons of videos on youtube and I managed to get to around the 1030 range before plateauing there. In the middle of a game, which I ended up losing by the way, I received a notification that I was banned from playing for 60 minutes for violating fair play. After losing that game, I discovered that I was actually banned permanently, not only for 60 minutes like the notification that popped up said.

Is there anything that can be done? I don't even know what part of the fair play I was banned for.
