Maybe slightly controversial to say but this boss makes OoK seem like a cupcake.

I hate this boss with a burning fiery passion. Not to mention they gave the hardest boss in the game such a shit run back. I think the one thing that I learned from this time around fighting him (ng+ BL 96) is that when he does his grab attack, if you get as close to his stomach as possible he’ll miss you with the grab. This is like the perfect window to farm damage and charge up beat blood pellets if you’re using them. I can’t count the amount of times I got him down to half health just to get two shotted for getting slightly clumsy.

Why is the un-transformed whirligig saw kind of elite

Lowkey a great weapon to use for Orphan. Low Stamina cost and good for back stabs. Such a great boss.

Unc still got it.

First time playing Bloodborne in ages. It’s been 4 playthroughs of DS3 and 1.5 playthroughs of Elden Ring. Started off with a little light ng+ Amelia to shake off the rust. You can tell I’m used to pressing X to enter the fog wall😭.
I forgot how much I missed this silly game. I think it may be time to start a fresh playthrough. It’s a bit difficult to fully commit tho because I hate some of the bosses in the base game with a burning passion *cough cough* Rom and Micolash.

I’m fully aware I’m getting beat on this entire fight, but this boss is simply so unintuitive. His first phase is easy enough to make sense off… There is not a heinous amount of visual clutter. When it comes to the stupid second phase where he starts spamming his elemental attacks it’s a fucking nightmare. He moves so freaking sporadically and there is so much fucking visual clutter it is hard to truly know wtf is going on. Out of a DLC that is pretty much all amazing bosses this one is truly a miss.
