Positive CAC score

Hi all, I turned 49 in July, and have 14-month-old twins. In 2020, I did a coronary calcium ct scan and it was zero. I felt pretty good about that. I did one last week, just to be cautious, and it came back at 35. It's still in the "mild" range, but enough to freak me out. I'd like to be around for the next 30-40 years. I have blood tests this week and my doctor is taking this seriously. I also need to make some lifestyle changes. Anyone else dealing with this?
