High hematocrit

Hey everyone, Just got my bloods back and my hematocrit is sitting high. I'm a bit blindsided because I'm only on a low dose: Testavan 2% gel, 2 pumps a day. I’m nowhere near the massive doses I see some guys taking, and I’m already smashing 3 liters of water a day, so I know it’s not a hydration issue. I’m obviously going to call my clinic to get their take but they will ask me to stop trt, but I wanted to check in here first to see if anyone else has dealt with this. • Has anyone else had their hematocrit spike on just a basic low-dose gel protocol? • If you switched from gel to injections (and did more frequent pinning), did that actually help drop your numbers or stabilize things? Appreciate any shared experiences or insight!

Need guidance

Hi all, I need some guidance. I have been on testavan gel 2% two pumps for last 3 years and my levels are somewhere around 13nmol/l which my endo thinks is okay. Reading through comments here I think this is low and reason why I still feel crap. I am on pbs so the cost is low for the gel. If I switch to one of the trt clinics can I still be on pbs? Anyone in Brisbane seeing a endo and are on a higher dose? I think I need someone who understands better. I also had an issue with high hematocrit and have started to do blood donations. How much does it cost to go with the clinics?
