I plan on cutting about 1000 pieces out of the build (mostly by cutting a floor of the tower) and making it my first submission to Lego Ideas and/or Bricklink Designer Program.

It's one of three modulars in the Hollywood block of my Lego city. The others being the palace theater and my original build, the Hollywood corner (I'll have a video on that one in 2 weeks)

It's 2 by 1.5 standard baseplates in size. While mostly finished, there's a few areas that I plan on improving with future updates.
I designed this build, a record store, recording studio, and Wax Museum, to sit next to the palace theater, completing the "Hollywood Block" of my city.

Since I always find redundancies or errors between my digital design and building the real thing, I will be refining the design and working on ways to get the piece count down a little and creating more stability in certain parts of the rounded tower.
After that, I plan on submitting it to both Lego Ideas and the Bricklink Designer Program.
