Students can't hear external audios

So, I have a book and audios to the book. Before on my own laptop I would play the audios directly from a file saved on my laptop and no issue. Everyone could hear everything.

But, now with this new laptop, everytime I play an audio they can't hear anything.

Does someone know what's happening and how can I fix it? It's very important to me that they can hear them.

I've been off my birth control for my PCOS for the past 5 months

I've had it for the past 6-7 years and my doc put me on birth control to control my hormone cycle. Whenever I would skip a month, my period would disappear and the cysts would come back strong.

Before I stopped, I had started having very light period like like clotted blood that you would get in the beginning and the end of your period and it was the whole thing, my doc said it's normal. I got sick and tired listening to him about these damn pills. So, in May I stopped taking it. My last period was in July and now my ovaries are starting to hurt more and more, it's September now.

I feel so helpless and life doesn't have a happy ending. I don't know what to do. I don't know how to feel good. I don't want to go back to the birth control. I also just moved continents, I'm in Peru now, so it's almost impossible to go back to the same doc or birth control.

I need some advice on what to do right now, I'm crying and I'm in pain as I'm typing this.
