ER Visit

54F, fibro, ddd, oa, scoliosis, 2cm hh, gastritis, reflux, no gallbladder, ibs-c, health and social anxiety, mdd, ptsd, bipolar, mthfr, slow comt
Just finished my gabapentin taper last Friday night, officially off it. Finally got my constipation under more control but still deal with alot of GI issues. Bloating, getting full after eating only small amounts, nausea,which I get alot of pressure in my upper abdomen/ diaphragm area. Get alot of sensations as well, bubbling, fluttering, stretching, gurgling,etc. Last night I got some sensations, but they were continuous which set off my anxiety. Got a heat surge so I took one of my Klonopins, put a cold water bottle behind my neck and did my breathing. Nothing was working, my anxiety was so bad I was shaking. Neighbor took me to ER. Everything continued, had bloodwork, 2 EKG’s, Tropinin, chest xray, all fine. I thought maybe some palpitations but no. Finally after 3 hours, I let them give me 25mg Benadryl in my IV. Knocked me out within 15 minutes. Woke up feeling alot calmer, no sensations. Guess I’m looking for anyone who has dealt with these issues or just some insight. They did discharge me and never really had an explanation or concern
