Hi,

I am interested in learning more about how AV works - e.g. planning holidays (how often do you get a break), needing certain days off how does that work?

Also interested in knowing if working part time is an option? How often do you do nights?

Anything else you think would be good to know before starting in the role. I want to make the work fit into my life instead of having it revolve around work if possible.

I am currently waiting for a job with AV, having worked as a nurse (anesthetics/recovery) for 5 years.

It has been a few years since I studied paramedicine and I was wondering if anyone could explain in more detail the assessments/study demands of the GAP program. I’ve heard it can be quite overwhelming and I want to prepare myself for it.
