I replaced a perfect Fritzbox 7530 with Fritzbox 5690 Pro cause i thought it would get even better than perfect. its not.

I keep experiencing issues with Video Streaming, either Zoom / Teams or just youtube. it keeps getting freeze up every few minutes. i tried updating all, changed channels, prioritized a device, changed transceivers, connected directly ith cables but the video keeps geting stuck. bandwidth hasn't change (1Gb Fiber). any ideas?

I'm currently staying at (what used to be) Ibis styles Offenburg city centre. I like it. its indeed in city center and good enough for a business trip.

when i tried to navigate back to the hotel this afternoon, Google maps showed it as "Permanently closed". i Got scared, what if i go back and find its locked and my dirty underwear are not accessible!?...

Fortunately it was open and i asked the lady in reception and she said the hotel is now called "Belvilla Offenburg" as it changed ownership.

This is my 2nd time in Offenburg and this city has its charm. would you recommend it as a place to call home?
