Recommendations wanted

I have an 18 ft round pool that sits about 16 in from my deck. I’m looking for a safe but nice looking pool entry system. Something that can be removed when covering the pool. Right now I have steps inside the pool and they’re secured to the deck with tie down straps that I cut and screwed down. The pools visible in one of the pics are remnants from the original step ladder combo that came with the pool. They were attached to the deck. I can’t find that anywhere or I’d buy new ones. They started cracking after 2 summers and were narrow.

I'm looking for a few US Social Security Disability attorneys that would consider letting me interview them for some research I'm doing. Solo practioners, attorneys in small, medium or large firms are needed. Research is geared towards how firms or solo practioners currently operate. What workflows do they use?
