Anyone know about Generative Expand Tool in Affinity

So I'm trying Canva and thought I'd see if these tools are any good in affinity, does anyone know what I'm doing wrong. I have a canvas 2667 x 2000 created in Affinity, I add a image that is 2000 x 2000 so I want to expand the image to fill the full 2667 x 2000. I've downloaded all the machine learning tools, not sure I needed to but did this first.

When I add my 2000 x 2000 image I check its rasterized first then click the layer then the Generative Expand tool, but as soon as I click it the composition handles go to the full size 2667 x 2000 not the 2000 x 2000 layer so when I click 4 images to expand but I just keep getting black blank generations.

Anyone have any clue what I missing here.

How do I extend an image out from square to rectangle with a canva ai tool

I've got lots of mockups that I want to use but they are square and I want to make them a rectangle image instead, I've found magic edit and used the brush but its asking for a prompt. Is there a ai tool in canva that works like Photoshop content aware, with I didn't need to keep thinking of a prompt it would just complete the image to the proportions I wanted.

Am I missing a tool that resizes images using Ai to extend a square image to a rectangle one.

Can anyone advise please

Font not working the way it should - Luxurious Script

I wonder if someone who knows font settings better can help me, I'm having issues with a google font called Luxurious Script, it's a beautiful font but at the end of the word it is using a different default letter than it should be, its keeps adding this fancy letter at the end.

I've attached the image I get in Affinity and what Google shows it should look like. I know about Glyphs and tried to find the simple s ending but it makes no difference just ends with this fancy letter always on the last letter of a word and this fancy letter shouldn't be the default as you can't look for a glyph for every word.

Anyone have any ideas why its doing this, can't find any setting.
