Manager can't set lineup due to hurricane.
One of the managers in my league cant set his lineup due to the hurricane. He can text but cant call or receive pictures. I know i can manually set his lineup but not sure what he wants. I am in 2 leagues with him. 1 is a chopped league the other is a regular league against me. What is the fairest way to handle it?
