Is this a twin or second stage regulator if it is a second stage how on earth does this work I thought there had to be a first stage regulator before hand (Tank is soon to be Repainted thats how I noticed this regulator)

Title pretty much says it im working with a propane company to find valves and have them replaced but they have been unable to find compatible valves any suggestions where to find them (Service and fill) NOT TRYING TO DIY just trying to locate them
