Someone please tell me how I can watch it in the U.S.?! Gah!

Looking for recommendations. I’ve had ESET on my MacBook Pro(s) for years. But their UI is awful, especially during renewal activation. What’s comparable.

I’ve owned a Mac for decades and I’m not looking for “you don’t need security on them.”
