I bought the Faces - Mac Miller record about 2 weeks ago. Payment went through and they responded to me, letting me know it went through, and said they were packing it to be shipped the next day.

Its been 12 days since they responded and it still shows "In Progress". They have 100% (68) 5 star reviews. I sent another message, just seeing where they were at with it, 6 days ago. Still no response.

Should I be worried I got ripped or is this normal?
