Recently, I discovered QQQI and SPYI I have a Robinhood account with roughly 3500$ in it

I wanted to use margin on it. I currently have 128 shares of Sofi and plan to buy roughly 25 to 30 shares of.QQQI and SPYI that would bring my margin buffer down to about 50%. I do plan to add about $1400-$1800 every single month to this account and grow a steady consistent stream of income. I just wanna know what everybody’s experience with this has been.
