I had my first voice training appointment on Wednesday and got these evaluation results. What does any of it mean? Has it ever been more joever?

Why does my left index nail have such a bad smile line, and how can I fix it? (Photo 2)
All my other nails have uniform, slightly curved smile lines.. but then my left index is super messed up? I don't know how to explain the shape, but it's very irregular and NOT aesthetic!
