Would you choose sustainable kidswear if it meant fewer design options?

Using surplus/deadstock fabric is more sustainable, but it also means brands can’t always repeat the same prints or styles in large quantities.

So you might get:

  • Limited pieces
  • Fewer repeat designs
  • Less standardization

In return, it reduces fabric waste.

As a buyer, how would you feel about that trade-off?
Would it affect your decision?

Parents in India: what’s missing in kidswear today?

I’m currently building a kidswear brand in India using deadstock fabrics, and I’m almost done with sampling ✨

As I get closer to launch, I’d love to hear from Indian parents about what actually matters when buying clothes for kids.

What do you prioritize most: comfort, durability, design, pricing, fabric quality?

What do existing kidswear brands lack?

Are there specific fits, prints, or practical details you wish brands focused on more?

Would sustainability influence your buying decision for kidswear?

Trying to build something that feels thoughtful, wearable, and long-lasting, not just cute for Instagram 😄

Would genuinely love to hear your thoughts and experiences as parents.
