How strict are they in basic with them i already have 3 should i go get my teeth checked again? Is it 6 in total including old cavitys?

I was wondering if for the shuttle runs that does it count as there and back as one or two im trying to prepare myself for it

So basically i can run a mile at 8:30 but normally im pretty gas after which makes my time around 14 minutes for my kile and half but i was told that if you were 25 and up you can have a slower mile and half then 12:30 is that true?

I have never been a good test taker i was wondering if what i was seeing about the test/quiz being open book true?
