Western Lines disruptions

Such a beautiful day for western suburbs people. Werribee/Williamstown lines PLANNED disruptions ala bus replacements and Sunbury/Metro Tunnel PLANNED disruption aka bus replacement . Here we got slapped with another unplanned disruptions on Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo lines. 😍😍😍😍 God being graceful again on western suburbias. 😋

And lastly, can anyone here let me know why telstra outage completely suspended all regional lines but metro still have their services operating on all lines ?

Seymour Line train terminating @ Plat 15/16

For the first time ( at least for me ) , I saw Seymour Line up train using flemington racecourse/showgrounds train tracks to travel to Southern Cross and possibly terminate at Plat 16 bypassing North Melbourne ( which they usually do not ). Weeks back, I saw once a Seymour Line train departing frm Plat 15/16 ( not sure which one tho’ ). Is this rare for Seymour Line trains to bypass North Melbourne ? And using racecourse/showgrounds tracks to travel to Sthn Cross ?

Plat 13 PID header colour in Southern Cross Stn

Not sure about the reason but always the PID of Plat 13 shows the header as green even tho’ thats platform for Pink Line aka Werribee/Williamstown city bound up. Altho’ for this weekend , this platform was occupied by Flemington/Craigie Line up services still showing green header colour

First ride in XTrap 2.0

First ride in Xtrap 2.0. Looks so pretty and spacious. But the PIDs info is misleading like when reaching North Melbourne it just announces change here for upfield werribee and williamstown services but doesnt show line colours as does in HCMT. Also in essendon and broadmeadows it doesnt indicate change for regional service seymour shepp albury line . And entering city loop station it still presumes Cran Pak Sunbury line still goes thru. 🫡

South Morang Service ?

Saw quite unusual ( at least for me ) South Morang bound limited down service. Never saw limited or additional service in Mernda Line on weekends as much we see in Hursty Line ( like trains terminating at Eltham ) .
