How I got rid of mine
I had plantar fasciitis for a few months but I managed to get rid of it totally without the recommended treatments I've read about.
I found mine was causing my foot to not flex while walking. I kind of lifted my foot and placed it flat on the ground. So, every step I took with the foot, I made a conscious decision to place my heel down and force the foot to bend correctly and make a correct step. It eventually worked. No pain, no recurrence.
If anyone walks like I was, try this. Maybe it only worked for me but it worked.
My shoes are Asics 10 Gel-Ventures.
Good luck, everyone.
