I got a roommatch offer for DUWO Van Hasseltlaan. I have heard and seen mixed reviews about the building and the neighbourhood; I like the room itself so I'm considering taking the offer.

I have one specific question about this building: what is the rodent / rat situation? I never had to deal with rats (and would really not want to), so if there are any, do they tend to be in common areas or also in student rooms?
