Chad to Chud : Or How I Undid My Hairloss

I previously posted a progress photo set with no deets! I am going to share again with the deets!
First Three Photos were 8 months ago, second three photos are now!

I took hims with minoxidil and finasteride along with topical rogaine and a did microneedling on my scalp and hairline. I did the microneedling for about 4 months but stopped, got sick of bleeding! Continued on hims and rogaine until now. I also use biotin shampoo and biotin hair spray!

Other factors: I got sober! I stopped vaping nicotine! I stopped smoking weed! I cut out most sugar and turned to a whole food diet, I eat my protein, hit the gym 5 times a week and run about 6 times a week! I eat more fish than I used to, but overall just actually eat fuller whole food meals. I kinda had an eating disorder… had a period of eating peanuts for lunch, and beer for dinner.

While I’m sure most people aren’t total chuds like I used to be, I do think that on top of the topicals and such, we should really emphasize daily choices that impact our hair too! Every little 1% counts!

These gains are insane. One and half month on rogaine. one month on oral minoxidil and finasteride. 4-5 months of diet changes, sober, quit nicotine increased protein consumption, decreased sugar, daily exercise, biotin vitamins, biotin spray, biotin shampoo, daily vitamins, weekly sardines, and eating breakfast for the first time.

kind of just pedal to the medal. started microneedling too now.

there is hope gang!
