What do I need to Add, Remove, Change

Taps Rig, Medium Woodland Alice Pack, Condor??? Outer Battle Belt, LC3 Alice Belt Inner, Krydex G3 Woodland, 50/50 BDU Raid Modded, USMC 8 Point Utility Cap ( Unpictured, Danner Combat Boots, Black Riggers Belt )

What do we think? I changed out the side buckles so that it would fit this harness, and then used Paracord to add buckles to the lower side, and then added a back strap so that it's more secure. I need to change out the interior mag pouch tops, but I'm currently too broke.
