I applied for the position on February 10, received the OA on June 26, and completed it the same day. It’s been about a week now, and my application status in the portal still says “Under Consideration.” I was waitlisted for internship in 2025 summer and got nothing.

For those who’ve been through this process:

1. How long did it take after completing the OA to receive an interview invitation?

2. Is it normal to wait this long while the status remains “Under Consideration”?

3. I’ve heard there are four interview rounds, including an onsite. Can anyone explain what each round is typically like and what topics are covered?

4. Any tips on how to prepare for each stage while I’m waiting?
