Does anyone have names of cat rescues?
Will try to keep this as vague as possible. Am an older widow who took in friends about a year ago, a couple in my age group who had a cat they’d taken in. Cat stayed in their room. They suddenly found a place and moved out but it doesn’t allow pets. They were planning to rehome their cat. In the meantime I was trying to get my cat and theirs used to each other. Their cat went after mine pretty badly.
Lately I’ve been very sick and feel like a horrible human bc though I clean the litter box and feed her and give her fresh water, I can’t spend time with her. She’s shut in the room all the time. She does have her bed in a picture window but I still feel awful.
The Humane Society won’t even return my calls. I feel like I can’t keep doing this.
