Creating Folders on the Home page. (Portal Mini Gen 2) Running Immortal

Before the update to 1.60 i was able to drag and drop one app onto anther and create a folder for similar apps (Browsers, App stores, Entertainment etc..), with the latest update when dragging one app to another the apps just move to rearrange instead of creating a folder. Is there a way to return the option to create folders?

Home button, and calling.

I'm not sure if it was and update or if it was something I did with adb giving immortal write permission, but now when I hit the home button from the swipe down menu, it gives me the option to select immortal or portal as the HOME. If I press "portal" and "just once" it takes me to the original portal launcher and I can make calls just fine now, no more calls button flashing the screen. Incoming calls have always came through fine using immortal. I hope this helps anyone else with the calls button issue.

Tronbyt

Has anyone tried using Tronbyt and making a custom dashboard that runs in the browser or side-loaded as an APK? I was looking for some input if anyone has tried it before i jump into it running another local server in docker. (I already have many) something simple like this...

Calls button

I have a portal mini Gen 2, I have immortal installed but when I press the calls button the screen just flashes and it opens the last app I had open, and completely resets my icons on immortal and I have to re arrange them.

Any way this would help?

When we got our portal minis gen 2, we got 2 of them. I have one that i have completely been following Immortal and its fully on board. The other on has set in a room for i'd say at least 2 years unplugged. It was signed in to one of our accounts and had been used prior, before meta nerfed it the to the stone age. Is there any way to block meta from being able to update it and remove things, and 2 is there any thing useful on there that i could pull off that anyone could use to help in anyway?

Uptodown App Store

I side loaded the uptodown app store to the portal, it works like Aurora, you can log in anonymous and download and install apps. It seems a little more stable than Aurora, IMO. https://en.uptodown.com/

Screenshot

i was able to take and save screenshots with the screenshot touch app downloaded from Aurora. it saves to Internal Shared Storage > ScreenshotTouch folder. I dont know how helpful this is but here it is. I also believe this app can do screen recordings but i have not tried it yet.

Probably a dumb question, I updated to immortal V1.36 where it says adds a "hey" button to the Top home bar. Am I the only one not seeing this?

USB port works with some devices (at least one)

I have a MyGica Digital TV Receiver, it plugs in USB C and has a couple little antenna's, and is for Android devices. So i downloaded the PADTVHD app from aurora, plugged it in to my Immortal portal and it instantly recognized it and asked if I wanted to open the app. I did, scanned for channels and it found a handful of local TV channels and worked exactly as it does on my tablet. I wonder what other peripheral devices it will recognize?

Bluetooth mouse.

I bought a cheap wegear bluetooth mouse that doesn't use a dongle and connects directly to the portal. It works perfect, no lag nice and smooth control.

Mouse

I was able to get Bluetooth Keyboard and mouse app to connect from my phone to the portal and was able you use it without issue.
