My best friend had a stroke at 27

Hey Reddit, my best friend had a stroke and a seizure late last week and I'm going to see him tomorrow, he's bounced back well off drips and had a clot buster and is aware of his environment now, what sort of things could I bring him to make his time easier while he continues to recover at the hospital?

[UK] , I'm I overreacting

Okay so, I work for a big estate as a gardener and my supervisor keeps pestering me about talking to people while working, we have this 10ft 5ft rule where you wave/smile or something then strike conversation like a "hi how are you" but I hate doing it as a autistic person cause I struggle with social experiences especially with strangers and in my mind I'm paid to be a gardener not a front facing job

HR knows and I told my boss and supervisor I was autistic at the interview but it still keeps being a problem and I even got marked down for it in my yearly review is this enough to point the finger at discrimination or can I tell them to be lenient at least?

Thanks
