Someone know how to fix this?my mouse and digital pen are desynchronized.

My graphics tablet is a Wacom Intuos and I like to let my settings on the mouse mode, but when I was changing the settings to make it function in my new laptop, I realized that when I put the pen in the white/drawing part, the mouse and the pen cursor wheren't on the same position, like the cursor changes the mouse position to the pen position when I go in the drawing area and when I get out it goes to the pen position to the mouse position (very confusing to explain), and this only occurs in Krita, Paint and other applications don't, I tried to fix in every whey possible, changing the tablet settings, changing the Krita settings, changing the pc settings, but I could not figure out how to fix it! Please, if someone know how to fix this I would be grateful to hear. (Sorry if the grammar is not good, I not a English native speaker)
