What are some good diabetic friendly snacks that fit a keto diet?

I am trying to think of low‑carb snacks to keep around instead of reaching for eggs, cheese or nuts every time. Those are fine. I get tired of eating the same keto snacks.

I have checked out some packaged options though the labels can be a bit confusing when you are trying to figure out the carb count. I am open to snacks as well preferably things that do not take much time to prepare.

If you have been doing keto for a while what are some snacks you tend to keep in the fridge or pantry?

some days i just need to take things one day at a time

i am fighting breast cancer, and some days are much harder than others. there are days when i feel okay and can keep myself busy and feel almost normal. then there are days when the appointments, treatments, and everything that comes with cancer start to feel overwhelming. i stopped trying to force myself to be positive all the time. some days, getting through the day is enough. im trying to appreciate the good days when they come and remind myself that having a difficult day does not mean im giving up. im just learning to take things one day at a time.
