How are you guys hunting for resale properties in Bangalore? What are your sources?
My husband and I have recently started looking for a resale apartment in Bangalore, and I'm curious to know how others are going about the search.
For those of you who have bought (or are currently looking for) resale properties:
- What are your main sources for finding listings? NoBroker, 99acres, MagicBricks, brokers, Facebook/WhatsApp groups, etc.?
- does broker really understand your needs and show property accordingly?
- How do you find properties that aren't listed online?
- How do you shortlist and figure out which societies are actually good to live in?
- Do you rely on recommendations from friends/colleagues or just visit societies and ask around?
- How do you verify things like maintenance, water supply, construction quality, association issues, upcoming redevelopment, etc.?
- Any tips for finding a genuinely good resale deal and avoiding overpriced listings?
Would love to hear about your experience and the process you followed. What worked for you and what didn't?
