Hi everyone, I’m filling out the UPSC Engineering Services Examination 2027 application and am stuck on the “Passing Certificate Number” field in the Matriculation Board Profile.
I passed Class 10 from CBSE in 2018. I never received a physical passing certificate, so I’ve always used the CBSE-issued DigiLocker version, which has been accepted wherever I’ve submitted it. However, it doesn’t display a separate certificate number.
I have my original printed Class 10 marksheet, titled “Marks Statement,” with a serial number at the top. Since my marksheet and passing certificate are separate documents, I’m unsure whether I can use the marksheet’s serial number.
Has anyone faced this exact situation, especially a CBSE student who passed in 2018 or earlier?
● What did you enter in the passing certificate number field?
● Did UPSC confirm whether the marksheet serial number is acceptable?
● Which document and issue date did you use?
I’ve emailed UPSC and plan to call their helpdesk. I’m also looking into getting a printed certificate from CBSE, but the application deadline is 6 October.
The notification says later URN edits won’t update an already-submitted application, so I want to clarify this before submitting.

Hi everyone,

I’m having a weird issue on my iPhone where images on websites are being cropped/cut off instead of being displayed in their entirety.

For example, the manga page is cut off on the sides rather than showing the complete image.

The issue happens in both Safari and Chrome on both mobile and desktop websites, and it happens across multiple websites, so it doesn’t seem to be specific to one browser or website.

Things I’ve tried:

• Restarting the iPhone
• Trying both Safari and Chrome
• Checking different websites

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there an iPhone setting, display/zoom setting, or accessibility setting that could be causing this?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
