Makeup Newbie, Need Help

I've never really been into make-up that much until recently. I started using an eyebrow pencil like 5 years ago, mascara around 2 years ago, and a lip tint maybe a year ago. So not the hardest things to master.
I found the NYX Ultimate 'I know that's bright' on TikTok and fell in love with its colours; immediately bought it (I know, bold choice for a starter). Along with it I bought Catrice's Drunk'n Diamonds Jelly Topper. I've worn the topper with just some mascara because I liked the glittery look, and lately I've been wanting more. More colour. More everything.
So I tried something, but it feels off.... I'm hoping y'all could help me & give me some tips.
I know the mascara isn't the best because I applied it quickly to get it over with haha. For the looks I used the aforementioned palette and the jelly topper. I used the dark blue & light blue for a small gradient with jelly on top. And I tried to use the dark pink glitter with jelly (silver) gradient, but I feel like it just looks messy.
I did blur my iris, at first I planned on scratching them off the picture but I was scared it might look scary haha, so I did this instead.
