Broken piston skirt, ok to run?

I am STRUGGLING to get the jugs back over the pistons and I don’t know why. I reassembled the engine out of the frame two months ago and had no issues installing the jugs or the pistons and rings. Today trying to get jugs on the crankshaft moved and I broke my other piston skirt 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

Okay to run or buy new pistons?

Also any tips on getting these fucking jugs on is appreciated.
YES THERE IS OIL
YES I TRIED TAKING THE JUGS OFF WITH THE PISTON INSIDE

Replaced top end gaskets, still leaking from cylinder bases…

Did the top end as explained in the manual. Used cometic gaskets. Everything seems sealed except where the jugs meet the case. Seems to be leaking worse than before 😬🫠

Followed procedure by the book, EXCEPT for replacing head bolts

Is the leak too bad to run it?
Could reusing head bolts cause it to leak?
Is that more likely than mating surfaces on both cylinders being warped?
If i buy new head bolts, should i buy new gaskets too?
If the mating surfaces are warped, would something like aircraft form a gasket help? (Could it help anyway?)

Other than that bike seems to be running great.
Any info is appreciated 🤙🏾

Tips for reinstalling exhaust?

Getting ready to reinstall my exhaust on my bike.
REALLY REALLY DONT WANNA BREAK THE STUD

Just have two concerns:

  1. there seems to be some melted metal material on the head, is this old gasket? Should I remove this before installing? It’s worse on the rear head

  2. should I get new nuts and if so, grade 8? Or what type.

Also should i use some thread chaser?

Thanks yall, as always, all info is appreciated 🙏🏾🤟🏾
