I’m looking for advice. I started taking Mounjaro on April 2025. One month on 2.5mg and then on 5mg. I didn’t have any major side effects and as wanted to go slowly I stayed on 5mg until December 2025 During this time I went from 88kg to 70kg I had to stop because I needed surgery in January 2026 (laparoscopy to remove endometriosis) after surgery I went up 5-6kg as is completely normal. I waited to recover and decided to go back on 5mg as I was struggling to loose that weight (at least I didn’t go up!) I’m almost finishing my second pen but it doesn’t seem to be working. I still feel the suppression and no major side effects. I don’t count calories but for sure I’m not over eating, if anything not eating enough? I have a very active job.

Should I go up to 7.5mg for the first time? How can I reset? I would like to loose another 10kg to be on my ideal weight. I don’t mind to take it slow but I don’t get any results at the moment and I cannot afford to waste money on pens.
