I've worked a bunch of seasonal and part time jobs over the years and need stability
Over the course of about 5 years in order I've worked B2B sales, investor relations for startups, (then had some lengthy health complications that made me basically restart my career), online DM'ing for ttrpgs, non-profit canvasing (a couple of times), overnight at a cat hotel, substitute teacher, retail at a sex store, drove for doordash, Lush cosmetics, YMCA afterschool, and currently working a part time interviewer position for a research company but it doesn't feel very stable, hours are weird, requires a lot of driving so ga$ cuts into my hourly.
My resume is chaotic and employers don't like to see someone that hasn't had a stable job since an adult toy store which I worked longest at for about a year (with the exception of my early B2B sales positions). Any advice on how to navigate this or positions I can seek where this would be less of an issue?
I'm ideally looking for something full time, something in an office, administrative. Also open to warehouse work, but my current work schedule didn't allow me to get my foot in the door with FedEx when I did apply. Didn't see any online openings with USPS. I've applied to a bunch of other stuff online but no one outside of the "direct sales" companies are getting back to me. Best case scenario is working at something like a book store, but no luck hearing back there either.
If I'm supposed to be playing the game then I'm not very good at it. I need stability, feel like I'm going crazy. Advice appreciated.
