So my family owned a house about 400m² at menteng atas, part of "segitiga emas" location. We're looking to sell it, problem is we don't know where to start or who to sell it to.

The house is a bit farther to reach from the street, so its a bit hard to directly access. Any advice? And whats the market rate for land prices within Menteng Atas area if maybe some of you know, thanks for the help!
