As the title suggests, working as a BDR at a legal AI company. We are getting absolutely massacred as a sales function right now by senior leadership who think we're not performing. My average week (selling into enterprise) looks like: 500 calls, 5 connects, maybe 1 qualified op. This is way below target and how the whole team are performing. This is my first sales job let alone selling into US law firms, so I was just wondering if people think this is a reasonable experience?
