I have golden monk and it’s the mildest batch I ever got from them. I like the ones that speed thinks up. I have horrible ADHD and need the stimulation and dopamine boost.
What would you recommend.
I’ve been scrolling for a while and this Paige really likes reds, but I’m looking for a pick me up. A lot of brands kind of make me feel sick and I have tried taking less.and I did try the red. It’s weird.
Does anyone remember this book? And the sequel Walking to Mercury?
I read it when I was a teenager and I want to reread it. I feel like people who read this book should talk about it. I feel that it might be more useful than we thought in the 90’s. Maybe not to that degree. But I think now is the time that people are more connected and understanding the sacred connections between ourselves and the planet and how healing the earth in and our power to heal ourselves.
I also don’t think you need to be spiritual to have many of these beliefs. Plant medicine is effective it just doesn’t make pharmaceutical companies money.
