I had no idea this was possibly a universal experience until I heard Gerri apologize for her “math teacher coffee breath” in ep. 5. How many people had a math teacher like this? It’s such a specific reference, I love it.
The way her husband delivers this line, followed by “you old dog!” Gets me every time.
Help. Our train was canceled and we had to book a later train, which means we miss all our train connections and arriving too late to get a connection to Visp tonight. We only have 2 days in Zermatt so I am trying to get a taxi from Zurich HB to Tasch or Zermatt border (then take an electric taxi to our hotel). I’ve called WhatsApp message 3 taxis companies, Taxi Zermatt, Taxi Freddy AG, Taxi Eldeweiss, but no reply. I finally caved and put in an UberXL (we are 4 with luggage) and someone with a Toyota Prius picked it up. Help.
This whole scene, the dialogue, and then the reveal at the end makes me laugh out loud no matter how many times I see it. It’s so comedically perfect.
