That can’t be right? That feels very high for the panic I have been feeling.

I swear i’m starting to have way better scores now that ive began deviating from the silliness of themis

Is there any rational reason for this? I seem to score consistently mid 60’s on mixed sets, then score 50’s on the Block 1 test, Exam 2. What am i missing here?

These have to be the harder than the actual bar.. right

What should be our goal at this point, and how are you reviewing them?

I was under the impression a landlord can’t get damages for an anticipatory repudiation, but then i saw a problem where a landlord, in a week to week periodic tenancy, got damages for the current week’s rent, as well as the rent the following week, after the tenant left on a Tuesday.

I just started Themis bar prep and did the first 17 or so contracts multiple choice questions and got a 43%. I feel really defeated. This is also post lectures.
