Do I need to report a car accident to probation?

I’m in a diversion program, so technically not probation but similar. I got into a pretty rough car accident today, it was my fault. The police came and everything went smooth, no citations or anything, just exchanged info and we went on our way.

Just wondering is this something that could come back to bite me if I don’t tell my diversion coordinator? It’s not like I got a ticket or anything, so I’m assuming it’s just civil.

UA Tips?

So I’m on a six-month first offender diversion program, and yesterday I had my second UA.

I have a hard time providing a sample while being observed because of shy bladder issues. It took me multiple attempts before I was finally able to go, so I ended up drinking a bunch of water to finally be able to provide the sample to which the tester said it appeared to be diluted.

Has anybody else dealt with this during probation or diversion? Any advice for making future UAs easier would be appreciated.

Hi, I’m in a first offender diversion program which is six months long, and I’m currently about a month in.

This previous Friday I had a slip up and used, and it’s 50/50 whether I will be clean for a potential test on Monday. If I do get called in for a test Monday , I’m going to chug a bunch of water prior to going in.

I am wondering if anyone here has experience in diversion programs on what typically happens for a first time “Dilute” sample.

I’m aware that in most places it’s considered a violation, but during the orientation, I sensed some leniency from the program coordinator.

I have passed all the tests so far and have no violations.

Thanks for your time.
