Checking in

I started with a short fast to ease back into it. Broke my fast this morning, but I’m feeling good to resume and try for a longer fast.

I mentioned in my earlier post how I went from 180 to 133 lbs at 5’2. I don’t have any pics at 180 because it was a dark time for me. Now, I tried to take some pics so that I can look back when I lose more weight, but it was kind of discouraging. That space of having lost a lot of weight but still not being where you want to be is rough!!

I’m not feeling ready to post any kind of pictures, but I think I’ll be glad I took them. Trying to let this motivate me more instead of beating myself up.

Starting fast

Hey y’all. I’m formerly 180 lbs (height 5’2) and female. Current weight is 133 lbs. I’ve done fasts ranging from 3 days to 30 days. I haven’t fasted in a while, but I’m feeling the need for a reset and boost towards my goal. I don’t know how long I’ll go this time because I don’t know how my body will respond.

But here we go. I know this might be an annoying post but it motivates me to be accountable. I’ll update with progress :).
