What's the trick for changing な adjective tense the same way you do for い ones?

So I'm learning edjectives and I got to い adjectives and how to change their tense (くない for negative, かった for past tense, くなかつた forg negative past tense) but how do you do that with な adjectives? I know that the な connects an adjective to a noun but how could I change the tense without removing the na?

An example how can I change 静かな森 (a quiet forest) to "A forest that was quiet"

Made a mistake and could use some perspective

So for context I had my vasectomy on April 16th, and I've had well over 50 ejaculations since then. Last Saturday my wife and I went out with some friends for the first time in a while and we got absolutely shit housed, we came home and had sex raw and after a few minutes I had what I could only call "pre post nut clarity" and realized what I was doing and stopped

I hadn't jacked off yet that day and had taken a piss several times since I last did and didn't cum in her, I thought we were fine til today when she said yesterday she had some abdominal pain and some mild spotting when she used the toilet

I've been keeping up a brave face so she doesn't freak out but any moment I'm alone I'm gripped by mind numbing panic and nausea over my mistake to the point I haven't eaten in over a day , I could use an outside perspective to maybe not freak out so much about this

Please help me understand particles

So I started learning about 3 weeks ago, was able to memorize 100% of all hiragana and katakana characters in 2 weeks, thought "damn this is a lot easier than I thought" then moved on to grammar and felt 100% of my momentum dead stop, it's so confusing, all the different particles confuse me to no end especially when theses multiple per sentence and I'm just lost

I really don't want to give up but at this point I feel like it's just too confusing to wrap my head around

Is Duolingo any good for learning japanese?

So I went to Japan last year and had a blast but one thing I regret was not learning some of the language before I went and ended up being that bumbling American touring ordering 100% in English and then saying "Arigato Gozimasu" like a jackass

So for my next time around in May I want to learn some of the language, I doubt it'll be good enough that I can have indepth meaningful conversations with the locals, but enough to speak it and maybe read it with enough proficiency that it seems like I actually give a shit.

How well does Duo actually teach the 2 alphabets and thousands of kanji?

6'5 250lbs 30M intense itching and NOTHING is helping

For the past month and a half I've had bouts of super intense itching, only on either my beltline, stomach and thighs( inner outer and back) only those places, it comes in sporadic bursts throughout the day and nothing is helping when it comes on, so far my doctor has prescribed me steroid cream and niastatin because they assumed it was a fungal infection, I'm on my 2nd round of methylprednisolone and I'm on 10Mg of Hydroxizine every 8 hours and it's still happening

It would be easier to figure out whats wrong if something was actually there but when it flares up it just looks slightly red, which is odd considering it itches so bad I want to tear my skin off

I've tried switching to hypoallergenic everything I can because maybe I developed an allergy to something in my house, I don't think it's anything like fleas or bed bugs because we keep a pretty tidy house and my wife has none of these symptoms

I normally wouldn't ask for help here but the dermatology consult they scheduled me for is 2 months away and if this continues I may actually have a psychotic break long before that,

Please help me I'm begging you
