Ok so I read somewhere and was told by other colleagues that if a holiday hasn't been denied/accepted within 2 weeks you can take it. Is this true? Because I have had holidays booked for over a month now and theyre coming up and they havent even been looked at.

Which i think is genuinely ridiculous considering there are around 8 managers daily.
