Is it me or is Grok 4.3 awful to use for Hermes? It is failing to do very simple things like creating a cronjob.
Example:
I asked it to create a cronjob that runs once to initiate a project plan with claude code (I authenticated claude code with OAuth), i told it to use opus 4.8 on claude code but it kept on assigning opus 4.8 as it’s base model for the cronjob instead of Grok 4.3, i don’t even have opus 4.8 on hermes yet it wouldn’t figure that out or flag it as an issue when creating the cronjob.
Am i doing something wrong or is Grok 4.3 not suitable?
Update: switched to deepseek-v4-flash and everything is going just fine now, do not use grok :)
