Something I made out of boredom one time

An alteration that I have made from my original flag of Virginia redesign, with the Tudor rose replaced with the seal of Virginia, since I know how many of you people love seeing the words "Sic semper tyrannis" and Virtus standing over the now-defeated tyrant on the flag of Virginia.

Looking at this and the previous design, which version do you think stands out to you the most?

My design is inspired by Keperry012's flag proposal for Virginia.
