Avoid This Place:Downhill Decline Under New Management
I have lived at Waterford Apartments for 3 years, and I am officially done. This place has gone completely downhill, especially since the new management took over.
If you are considering moving here, be warned:
Serious Mold Issues: The mold problem here is real and serious. It’s not just a minor upkeep issue; it's a persistent problem that management does not properly address.
Predatory Parking & Towing: Parking is an absolute nightmare. The rules are ridiculous—if you don't move your car every 3 days, they will tow it. It feels like they are looking for reasons to tow residents rather than helping them.
Out of Control Garbage: The trash areas are constantly overflowing and disgusting. It’s a health hazard and looks terrible.
Rent Hikes for Worse Service: As soon as the new management took over, the very first thing they did was raise my rent, despite the conditions of the property actively worsening.
After 3 years of being a reliable tenant, I can confidently say this place is no longer worth the money or the headache. Look elsewhere in Everett.
